We had a nice visit with Papa and Bebe this past week/weekend. Jason had a basketball game to officiate at SWOSU located in Weatherford, OK. It was about a 14 hour round-trip, done from 9:30 Thursday morning to 2 Friday morning. Kit was good enough to come ride with him so he wouldn’t have to go it alone. Betty and I had lunch with Ashley on Thursday, dinner with Mama on Thursday night, time with Connor and Ashley Friday night, and play time with Ashley and Aiden on Saturday while Connor had little league tryouts. Since Ashley stayed in her pajamas until they left, you won’t see any pictures of her, but she was there being the sweet and entertaining big sister, and keeping Papa busy as the human jungle gym!
It was a nice, long, relaxing day with the kids and grandparents and we really enjoyed just hanging around the house playing. We will have to do it again real soon – the visits just aren’t ever long enough.
